This hands-on course pairs students with MSU Denver alum and artist Carlos Fresquez for an exciting artistic experience. Join Carlos for a tour of his exhibit at the Center for Visual Art, followed by a short lecture on muralism and a brief history of mural painting. Students will then draw a design and begin the mural painting process. The finished mural - to be painted indoors and on panels - will be installed in a local building.
